In October 2014, LEEM and CEPS signed the new Charte de l'information par démarchage ou prospection visant à la promotion des médicaments (the Charter), and in March 2017 the HAS published new certification guidelines. The aim of these documents is to guarantee the quality of the information delivered to healthcare professionals and to reinforce the proper use of medicines when carrying out promotional information activities.

As part of this approach, we define a quality policy for information by canvassing or prospecting aimed at promoting our medicines.

Your data may be communicated to authorized MEDIXAL personnel (Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Marketing, Quality, Customers, Sales, Legal, IT), to service providers and subcontractors appointed by us, or to the competent authorities.

MEDIXAL uses the data collected to manage its relationship with healthcare professionals and to meet its transparency obligations. It will be kept for the time necessary to manage this relationship and, in the case of a pharmacovigilance report, for a period in compliance with the relevant regulations.
